Precision industrial products such as semiconductor or display need clean room. Development and experiment etc. of testproduction equipment etc. are performed in high class clean room. The latest abundant facilities such as a lot of demo equipment and evaluation equipment are installed in clean room, so we can reflect the judgement of the evaluation results quickly.

Some doctors of science and engineering are enrolled in reserch group, and we wrestle with R&D by various approach. We improve our existing technology and products too, and pursue further high performance and high functionality.
