Remarks
This electromagnetic vacuum valve is a pilot-type automatic vacuum valve that uses the differential pressure between atmospheric pressure and vacuum, it opens only when the differential pressure of the valve seat is small, and prevents sudden flow of gas to the high vacuum side at restart. It is a simple structure with only a valve(SCS-13) and a diaphragm, and can be easily maintained by removing the bonnet.
