ES series is a basic system for vacuum sealing and bonding. It is easy to change conditions such as temperature, type of atmospheric gas and pressure, also is suitable for testing and high-mix medium-volume production.

Introduction of ES series
Workpieces in the heater jig are automatically loaded, and vacuum exhaust, heating temperature rise, set pressure etc. can be fully performed by program control.
